The One Secret to Unlocking Doors in Real Estate with AI

When I started working in real estate as an investor, I quickly realized something: what holds most people back isn’t a lack of opportunity.

It’s the follow-up.
It’s the time.
It’s the energy you spend calling, chasing, qualifying, negotiating… only to watch a hot lead vanish without warning.

That’s where the idea came from. And also, the frustration.

I had already built my first software to automate content creation. Then I had another thought: what if I could automate the calls, the follow-ups, even the negotiation?

Not with a chatbot—but with a true virtual assistant. One that could speak multiple languages, work around the clock, and never let a good lead fall through the cracks.

Little by little, Closer AI started to take shape.

But it’s not just a cold outreach tool. The idea is to build a full system:

  • You run ads or publish content

  • Leads come in

  • The assistant automatically calls them

  • It starts real conversations

  • And it sends you only the motivated ones—straight to a phone appointment

And most importantly, it remembers each conversation, follows up accordingly, and adapts its tone and approach.

Today, I’m focusing on a niche I’m always been interested in: Real Estate. Because I know that in this space, speed and responsiveness make all the difference. It’s a field where you win or lose deals with a single missed follow-up.

But I’ve also learned something valuable (thanks Seth Godin): if you want to be indispensable, you have to become number one in a niche.

And to do that, you need to understand that niche deeply—its pain points, its rhythms, its objections. That’s exactly what I’m doing now with Closer AI in the real estate world.

Is it perfect? Not yet.
There’s still work to do.
But I’m convinced that this approach—combining AI, personalization, and timing—can fundamentally transform how deals are closed in this industry.

💡 A few questions for you:

  • How many leads did you lose this month simply because no one followed up in time?

  • And what if a virtual assistant could handle that for you—24/7?

If this makes you curious, I’d love to connect. Not to pitch anything, but just to explore how this type of system could fit into your way of working.

See you next week,

Peace
